Sparky gets his name from the blue glint at the bottom of his left eye!

Sparky lives with the Kelsh family and is trained by Helen and her daughter Lydia. Sparky has done very well in obedience classes so far  being the star of the class handled by proud Lydia.

Sparky is living up to his name and is full of mischief - when Lydia had a sleepover he ran off with all the girls shoes!

He has recently been to the summit of Mount Snowdon carried in a backpack most of the way and Sparky must surely be the first Miniature American Shepherd to reach the summit!
